Do you deliver, set up, dismantle and collect the castles?
Yes- when you hire your bouncy castle with us, we will deliver across Aberdeen/ Aberdeenshire, set up and pack everything away at the end of your booking slot.

Which areas do you deliver to?.. Is the delivery charge included?

We will deliver across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. There may be a delivery charge but you can check this via the link on the home page here Home

On what days can I hire a castle?
We can supply castles seven days a week.

What if the weather is bad on the day?

We may need to cancel if the weather is really bad- particularly in stormy and very windy weather.

How long can I keep the castle?

The price is the same regardless of the delivery and pick up times you have requested! If you want to keep the castle overnight, an additional charge is payable.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured. You can request a copy of our insurance documents if you wish.

Can you supply someone to supervise the castle?

This can be arranged if required and there will be an hourly rate chargeable in advance. Please get in touch to discuss this with us.

What sort of surface is suitable?

Surfaces should be flat. On grassy surface the castle can be staked in place. On hard surfaces, we will need to anchor the castle with sand bags or secure it to hard standing structures.

What if I have to cancel?

Let us know ASAP if you need to cancel your booking. We will refund you if at least 48 hours notice is provided. We are unable to refund the booking fee however.
